  5. Communications; of a lawsuit brought by Warner to prevent movie
  6. producers Peter Guber and Jon Peters from becoming heads of
  7. Sony's newly acquired Columbia Pictures. Guber and Peters, who
  8. produced the megahit Batman, will be allowed to break a
  9. five-year deal with Warner Bros. films and jump to Columbia for
  10. an exchange of cash and property. Estimated cost to Sony: $400
  11. million.
